Traditional Korean Marinade Bulgoki for meat. It fits perfectly with chicken and beef.
Ingredients: sugar, soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, sugar, wheat flour), garlic, sesame oil, onion, ginger, black pepper.
Allergens - soy, wheat, sezame
Instructions for preparing 2-3 servings
1.Slice 350 g of beef, place in a larger bowl, add the contents of the bag and a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
2. Stir everything, cover and marinate for at least 1 hour.
3. Fry the marinated meat in hot oil or grill for about 4 minutes or until soft.
4.At the end you can add chopped green chillies, sesame seeds, spring onions or lettuce as garnish.
