Ingredients: salt, sugar, soybean oil, lemon grass, flavor regulator: E621, acidity regulator: E330, chilli powder, tamarind, shallot, garlic, galang, lime juice.

Preparation: Bring 1 litre water to the boil. Add the contents of this package. Add shrimps and mushroom. Finally add some fish sause, or salt and lemon juice to taste.
