The transport options are part of the terms and conditions.

Goods declared as in stock and ordered up to 12AM on a business day are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders after 12AM or on weekends and holidays are dispatched the next business day.

The transport price to EU countries outside of the Czech Republic is always determined on the basis of the weight of the consignment and the country to which we will deliver the shipment. The exact and binding shipping price is always quoted in the ESHOP basket before the order is completed.

We allow customers from EU countries outside of the Czech Republic and Slovakia to choose their own shipment of consignments. This option is suitable for customers who have the option of their own, cheaper shipment. We will pack the ordered goods in this case to your request and prepare for pickup.

-On the day of submission of the shipment the sender is sent an SMS / email with information that the next day will be delivered a shipment and possible amount of cash on delivery.

-The SMS is sent to the addressee on the day of delivery, where there is a 3-hour time window when the driver will deliver the shipment and the phone to the driver.

-15 minutes after an unsuccessful attempt to deliver a shipment, an email is sent to the addressee, which contains a link where the addressee can change the contact person for pickup or address and chooses the day he wishes to deliver the shipment again. Alternatively, you can choose to deliver the shipment to one of more than 550 delivery points across Romania.

Summary of basic transport information

1- Complete and truthful information such as phone and email contact increases delivery success several times. Please check the information in the confirmation email and in case of discrepancy contact us preferably before sending the shipment.

2- The delivery time in the EU averages 3-5 days after the expedition. Consignment can be stored for an average of 5 days. Keep track of your shipment actively and contact us if you have any inconsistencies or shipping company.

3- We can deliver shipments almost across the EU, although there are exceptions where we cannot. We are not able to deliver to Malta, Cyprus and the islands of the states of Spain, Italy, Great Britain and others.

4- The GLS Transporter has permission in some states to leave a consignment stored in the nearest possible parcel shop without attempting to deliver to the destination address.
