Instructions for preparing 3 servings
1. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok to a high temperature.
2. Add 250g of shrimp and fry for 1 minute. Add the scrambled eggs and stir for 1 minute.
3. Add 120g of rice pasta, package contents and fry for 3 minutes or dry until appropriate.
4. Add 50g of fresh soy sprouts and stir for 1 minute.
Add 2 tablespoons of crushed nuts, pieces of lime or spring onion as a garnish.
You can add fish sauce or sugar to taste
